Do you accept children?
Yes, we accept children as long as they are accompanied by an adult!
Do you accept pets?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept pets.
How many does the apartment sleep?
It sleeps six - one king bed, one double bed and one twin (bunk beds) room.
Do you have an iron?
Yes, we supply an iron and ironing board.
Do you have a cot or a high chair?
Yes, a travel cot, high chair and stair gate are available upon request.
Do you have a BBQ?
Not currently.
What is included in the rental price?
We provide all linen, towels, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, a basic food pack, dishwasher tabs and electricity is included.
Can I arrange a supermarket delivery prior to my stay?
Yes, Tesco, ASDA and Waitrose all deliver, please just let us know when it is expected and we will try to ensure we are there to receive it. The local supermarket is open till 10pm daily.
What are the arrival and departure times?
We would ask you to arrive after 4pm and vacate the apartment by 10 am on the day of departure.

How quickly can I expect a response?
We endeavour to respond to all emails and voicemails/texts within 24 hours.
What are the payment terms?
50% of total rental on booking with the balance payable 12 weeks prior to arrival, unless arrival date is within 12 weeks then total amount will be due upon booking.
How can I pay?
You can pay by bank transfer, or Paypal.
Do you offer short breaks?
Yes, please email us your dates and providing we have availability, we will give you a quote.
